  1. Leads are generated via our advertisements on various platforms.

  2. Our platforms are:

    • Facebook

    • Instagram

    • Twitter

    • LinkedIn

    • Email Marketing

    • SMS Marketing

  3. Our lead information is sent to our members in real time. Stakeholders become notified via email.

  4. Vision Care Connect follows up with all leads.
    Leads can expect to be contacted within an hour during working hours, within 12 hours for after hours leads (first thing in the morning the next day), and first thing Monday morning for weekend leads.

  5. We will add scheduled appointments to a shared spreadsheet, where your practice and VCC can monitor and update the status of each patient scheduled through VCC.

PATIENT EMAIL LIST

Vision Care Connect requires all members to provide an email list of all refractive surgical patients from the previous 2-5 years. This list is anonymously used to create a lookalike audience within our advertising platforms.

Please deliver this list as a CSV and include:

  • Age

  • Zip code

  • Email

  • Procedure

The list allows us to populate our initial target audience with anonymous attributes similar to your existing patients. In other words, it allows us to acquire more patients like the ones you already have.
